How Does Executive Coaching Work?
The coaching is built around the executive’s actual responsibilities and communication demands.
Sessions may involve preparing for an upcoming presentation, handling difficult questions from other senior stakeholders, leading high-value discussions, explaining strategic positioning, practicing media interviews, or working through other real professional challenges.
Targeted language development, simulations & role-plays, and follow-up discussion & feedback are incorporated as needed. The objective is not to work through a generic business-English textbook. It is to improve the communication the executive actually needs to perform.
This is part of ECSC Thailand’s overall English Plus approach to communication training: developing English alongside the professional communication skills required to get results.

- 15, 21, or 30-hour programs (flexible)
- Once or twice per week (recommended)
- 60 or 90-minute sessions (onsite or online)
